Overview
PE wax is a type of ultra-low molecular weight polyethylene, with a molecular weight generally ranging from 2000 to 5000. Due to its excellent cold resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and wear resistance, it has been widely used. In normal production, this wax can be directly added as an additive to polyolefin processing, which can increase the gloss and processing performance of the product. When used as a lubricant, it has stable chemical properties and good electrical performance.
Applications
Due to its excellent intermolecular lubrication and strong intramolecular lubrication, it can be used as a lubricant in extrusion, rolling, and injection processing in practical production.
It can improve processing efficiency, prevent and overcome adhesion of films, pipes, and sheets, enhance the smoothness, glossiness, lubricity, and thermal stability of finished products, and improve the appearance of finished products.
It can be widely used in the manufacturing of color masterbatch, granulation, plastic steel, PVC pipes, hot melt adhesive, rubber, shoe polish, leather brightener, cable insulation material, floor wax, plastic profiles, ink, injection molding and other products.
