Overview

ACR is an acrylic processing aid made from methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate as the main raw materials obtained through multiple polymerizations. It is a white, fine, non-toxic, and non corrosive powder.

It is an auxiliary raw material added during the processing of PVC resin into PVC products to improve the processing performance of PVC.

Applications

Used as a PVC processing aid and impact modifier. Depending on different specifications, it can be used for transparent films, sheets, pipes, fittings, foamed boards, and wood-plastic composites.
